Special keywords allow you to control service-specific features on a picture-by-picture basis. You add these keywords to a specific picture and PictureSync will do the rest. These keywords will not appear as a keyword or tag online. Keyword usage and behaviours vary—see the service links for more details.

Using rules you can automatically create these keywords, for example if you frequently use the Keyword 'Holiday' and want to keep those pictures private, you simply add the following rule:

• When [Keyword(s)] matches [Holiday] [Add] [Keyword(s)] of [Private]

Privacy settings

Unless otherwise specified your default privacy settings are used, but you can control privacy on a picture-by-picture basis using the following keywords:

  Flickr, 23, Zooomr, ipernity
• !Public
